X-ray Apparel Inspection

The journey started with a focus on the medical field. Medical professionals, along with the patients they serve, have always been at the heart of our mission. After engaging in extensive discussions with radiology experts, a pressing concern emerged: the quality checks of X-ray personal protective equipment (X-Ray PPE) were far from optimal.

X-ray protective clothing plays a pivotal role in reducing radiation exposure for both healthcare workers and patients during medical procedures. However, the regular wear and tear of these protective garments can compromise their efficacy. Existing inspection methods were imperfect and often unable to identify damaged areas, putting users at risk.

Driven by this challenge, we embarked on a journey to develop a solution that would ensure the highest standards of safety for medical professionals and patients. The result was FLOWD for X-ray Apparel Inspection, a groundbreaking technology equipped with a unique algorithm that evaluates the actual condition of X-ray protective properties. Prison Mattresses Inspection

Step 1: Prepare for Inspection
Begin by preparing the area or object to be inspected, ensuring it’s positioned appropriately for the FLOWD device. Whether it’s X-ray apparel, prison mattresses, or car door panels, proper setup is crucial for accurate results. Make sure the item is placed within the device’s scanning area.
Step 2: Initiate the Scan
Activate the FLOWD device, initiating the scanning process. Depending on the specific application, you may choose to configure the device for X-ray apparel evaluation, prison contraband detection, or car door panel inspection. The unique AI-enhanced algorithms come into play at this stage, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the scan.
Step 3: Automated Analysis
As the device scans the item or area, its AI-driven algorithms automatically analyze the data in real-time. For X-ray apparel, it assesses the condition of protective clothing, identifying weakened areas. In prison mattress inspections, it detects concealed contraband.
